*Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
*Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
*Work through leads to Sales on CRM
*Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
*Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
*Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
*Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members
*Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
*Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
*Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
Good communication and presentation skills
Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
IT and HR background is a plus
