Job Description

*Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
*Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
*Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization request by the client
*Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations


Must Have:

  • 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including

  • basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime and absences

  • Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th month and Tax Annualization computation

  • All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries

  • Advanced MS Excel Skills

  • Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize

  • Knowledge on updated DOLE rules
